Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce and sauteed green beans

Any time I cook with THRIVE I try to take pictures to show you that I do really cook with this food all the time! I'm not trying to sell you something that I don't feed to my family!  My hubby always asks if I am done playing with dinner so he can eat!  Please try to remember that I am an old school kind of cook!  I don't really measure if I am not following a recipe, so adjust seasonings to taste!

Today I am going to share pork chops with raspberry sauce and sauteed green beans.

YUMMY!!  We love the green beans this way!  Measure about 1/2 cup THRIVE Freeze Dried Green Beans per serving and about 1 to 1 1/2 tsp of Freeze Dried Onions per serving.  Some of the Freeze Dried Mushrooms would be great in here too!  Soak in water for about 15 minutes.

Soak 1/2 cup Freeze Dried Raspberries per serving in apple juice or in THRIVE Peach Drink, just enough to cover them.  Sprinkle 1tsp sugar on top and stir.  Let set.
Meanwhile season pork chops as desired and coat in bread crumbs.  Add a few Tbs olive oil (or oil of choice) to pan.  Cook chops until juices run clear.  Remove chops from the pan.  Add raspberries and juice to pan and bring to a boil.  Simmer and stir frequently until juice is reduced and slightly thickened.  Place a few. spoonfuls on top of cooked pork chop

To finish the green beans drain beans and onions.  Heat about 2 tablespoons oil (ok I confess....I used bacon grease.) in skillet.  Saute onions and 1/2 tsp minced garlic (adjust to taste) until onions are clear.  Add green beans, stirring to coat.  Stir frequently, cooking until beans are tender.

Enjoy!  A dinner that looks complicated but is made so easy thanks to THRIVE!

Let me know if you try it!
